  • Service(s) – AI receptionist, call-answering, messaging, booking integration, and related services.
  • Subscription Plan – the pricing tier/package you select.
  • Content – data, messages, images or information input, uploaded, or generated via the Services.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Services & Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services without liability.

5. Payments

You agree to pay subscription and setup fees according to your plan. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to liability, confidentiality, and intellectual property will survive termination.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, spam, or reverse engineering. Misuse may result in termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services belongs to Callantria or our licensors. You retain ownership of your input data but grant us rights to process it for service delivery.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months, except where law prohibits such limitations (e.g. for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Callantria from losses or claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties will maintain confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during service use.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
